Terms and Conditions
Eligibility & Contest Period
Eligibility: Open only to registered attendees of 2026 CANPAD CME Conference who are legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Employees, agents, and representatives of RFL Wealth are not eligible to win.
Contest Period: Entries will be accepted starting at [INSERT START TIME/DATE] and closing strictly at [INSERT END TIME/DATE] (the "Contest Period").
How To Enter
Eligible attendees can enter digitally at the RFL Wealth booth by completing the electronic entry form. Additional entries can be earned by taking actions specified at the booth or as shown in follow-up emails (such as booking a meeting).
No purchase or business transaction is required to enter or win. To obtain equivalent bonus entries without booking a meeting or completing additional specified actions, an eligible entrant may request an alternative entry path at the booth or by emailing [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS] and submit a unique 50-word essay about why they want to win the trip. All digital and essay entries must be received before the end of the Contest Period.
By submitting an entry, entrants expressly consent to subscribe to RFL Wealth’s corporate marketing and promotional email newsletters. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their odds of winning.
The Draw and Winner Selection
Digital Draw: One (1) potential winner will be selected via a randomized digital drawing from all eligible electronic entries received during the Contest Period.
Draw Location: The digital draw will be executed by RFL Wealth's representatives after the close of the conference.
Odds of Winning: Odds depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period
Winner Notification: The selected entrant will be contacted via the email provided at entry. If the selected entrant does not respond within three (3) business days of the first notification attempt, they will be disqualified and an alternate runner-up will be drawn.
Mathematical Skill-Testing Question
To be declared an official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance or mechanical aid, a time-limited, four-part mathematical skill-testing question posed by the Sponsor (Example: [25 x 4] + 17 - 3). Failure to correctly answer the question results in complete disqualification, and a runner-up will be drawn.
