What is the Promotion?

The RFL Wealth Management iPhone 15 promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to any new or existing clients who deposit or transfer at least $250,000 to their RFL Wealth Management account from January 1st, 2024, at 12:01 a.m. EST to February 29th, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotional Period”). RFL Wealth will reward the client with a fully custom tax-efficient retirement plan, children’s education plan, initial financial life plan, and one shiny new iPhone 15 (128 GB) to the client’s chosen address. To be eligible, deposits and transfers must be received from a third party not affiliated with RFL Wealth Management.


The reward is based on cumulative eligible transfers or deposits made that have also satisfied the Promotion requirement:

All amounts shown are in Canadian dollars. Deposits and transfers must be received from a third party not affiliated with RFL Wealth Management to be eligible. Eligibility for the Reward will be calculated based on cumulative deposits plus transfers into your RFL Wealth accounts less withdrawals, e-transfers, and transfers out made from any accounts throughout the Promotional Period.

Who can Qualify?

You are only eligible to receive the Reward if you:

  • Are an existing or new client;
  • Are a legal resident of Canada;
  • Are the age of majority, or older, in your province/territory of residence at the time of participation;
  • Register for the offer by booking a meeting at the provided link/QR Scan image in the email, push notification, in-app message, home page or another advertising channel, and complete the linked registration form;
  • Transfer or deposit your funds from a third party not affiliated with RFL Wealth to any RFL Wealth Management account and;
  • Otherwise meet our eligibility requirements.

You only need to activate the offer once. Eligible transfers and deposits must be made between January 1, 2024 and February 29, 2024.

This Reward is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers or promotion codes. It cannot be applied retroactively. Limit 1 Promotion participation per Client/Client Family.

When will I get my iPhone 15 or iPhone 15 Pro?

The Reward will be mailed to the Canadian residential mailing address attached to your profile within 8 weeks after the Promotional Period (timing subject to availability), or 8 weeks of your deposit or transfer being complete, whichever comes later.

Within 3-4 weeks of the promotional period ending, you will receive a confirmation email from RFL Wealth Management to the email address associated with your RFL Wealth Management profile containing a secure form where you can confirm your Canadian mailing address, colour of iPhone, and other shipping details. You will only receive this email if you have met the qualifying criteria.

All transfers and deposits must be initiated during the Promotional Period and must be completed within 60 days of the end of the Promotional Period to be eligible. A tracking number for the shipment may be provided.

RFL Wealth Management iPhone 15 Promotion (the “Promotion”)

This promotion is sponsored by Rich, Fulfilling Life Wealth Management Inc. (“RFL Wealth”).

Promotion Period

From January 01, 2024 at 12:01 AM EST to February 29, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”).


To be eligible for the Promotion, the person must:

  • Be an existing or new client;
  • Be a legal resident of Canada;
  • Be the age of majority, or older, in their province/territory of residence at the time of participation; and
  • Meet the requirements set out below. (the “Client”)


To participate in the Promotion, eligible Clients must activate the offer by booking a meeting to meet with an RFL Advisor from the Promotion invitation, then attend the meeting to transfer funds from a third-party financial institution or institutional transfers from their existing investment account at a different investment institution of at least $250,000 into a RFL Wealth Management account during the Promotion Period. The Client may have to attend subsequent meetings to provide information relating to their Initial Financial Life Plan. There are no fees associated with the creation of a Promotion Account. Transfers or deposits received from entities affiliated with RFL Wealth Management are not eligible. If the Client’s Promotion Account is a joint account or Spousal RRSP, only the primary account holder will be considered the Client for the purpose of this Promotion. For greater certainty, secondary account holder will not be eligible for a Reward.

All transfers and deposits must be completed within 60 days of the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible.


The reward is based on the cumulative transfers and deposits amount into the Promotion Account less withdrawals or transfers made from any RFL Wealth account during the Promotion Period in accordance to the chart below:

All amounts are shown in Canadian dollars. For greater certainty, transfers made between Client’s RFL Wealth account will not count towards the reward.

Other specifications of the Reward are subject to availability. RFL Wealth Management reserves the right to substitute the specifications of the Reward if the Client’s preferred specifications are not available.  RFL Wealth is not responsible for any costs associated with using the Reward. Limit of one (1) Reward per Client/Client Family. The Reward is non-transferrable and cannot be combined with other offers or promotion codes and cannot be applied retroactively.

Delivery of Reward

The Reward will be sent within 8 weeks following the end of the Promotion Period, or 8 weeks after the Net Funding Amount is received, whichever is later. Eligible Clients will receive a communication to verify specification of Reward and mailing address. Once a Client confirms the specification preference, the specification may not be changed. If a Client fails to respond to the aforementioned communication by the specified period, the specification will be chosen by RFL Wealth and no alterations may be made, and the Reward will be sent to the mailing address indicated in the Client’s profile with RFL Wealth. The Reward will be sent to the Client via postal mail. All RFL Wealth account(s) must be in good standing at the time the Reward is sent. No responsibility is assumed by RFL Wealth once the Reward has been shipped. Unclaimed Reward, unresponsive communication, or Reward forfeiture will not be rewarded and has no cash value. No responsibility is assumed for any delivery returned as undeliverable. Client(s) bears all risks to the Reward upon delivery. The Reward remains subject to change, at our sole discretion. RFL Wealth reserves the right, for any reason and in its sole discretion, to substitute and/or modify the Reward with another prize that is of equal or greater value.

Hold Period

Clients who receive a Reward may not spend or otherwise remove the minimum Net Funding Amount applicable to their eligible Reward out of their RFL Wealth Management account(s) (“Removal”) for 365 days from the end of the Promotion Period or the Reward retail value as stated in these Terms & Conditions may be deducted from their final withdrawal amount or otherwise recovered by RFL Wealth Management. For greater certainty, transfers between the Client’s RFL Wealth account(s), and negative fluctuations in the Net Funding Amount solely due to market conditions are not considered Removal.


By participating in the Promotion, Client assumes all risk of injury, illness, disease, death, or any other damage which may arise in connection with their participation in the Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, client hereby: (a) forever releases and discharges RFL Wealth and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated entities and employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators of each (collectively, the “Releasees”), from and against any and all claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties, and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including legal fees) (collectively, the “Claims”) in any way arising directly or indirectly out of any injury, loss, or damage that Client may suffer as a result of, or in connection with the participation in the Promotion or any promotion-related activity, including the use of the Reward; and (b) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all damages, loss and expenses, including legal fees, which may be suffered directly or indirectly by reason of the Client’s own negligence or willful misconduct during or in connection with the participation in the Promotion.


RFL Wealth reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict the promotion at any time without notice. RFL Wealth is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion. If RFL Wealth suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour, gaming of the system, inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory language or information or a violation of these terms, RFL Wealth reserves the right to remove all promotions from the RFL Wealth account(s) and take any other action it deems appropriate including, but not limited to, removing the Reward retail value from the RFL Wealth account(s) or closing the RFL Wealth account(s). This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, unless specified herein. An invitation to participate in this promotion does not provide assurance that you will be accepted as a customer of RFL Wealth.
